The popularity of rows and rows of tulips is undeniable. In partnership with Metropolis Tourism, Metropolis is embarking on a new strategy to understand how to increase the attractiveness of Metropolis as a destination for agriculture tourists. The City is beginning this project by hosting 3 open houses (location and time to be announced shortly) a community wide survey and a series of information gathering sessions with numerous community-based agriculture organizations.

We’ll be using a tiered system of voting to allow for equal opportunity for farmers to apply for this program.
